She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Burzynski; her son Wayne; her grandsons, Jonathan, Kameron and Brian; and her siblings, Jack and Jerry.
She is survived by: her children, Walter (Suzanne) of Verona, PA, Peter (Leila) of Batavia, IL, Timothy (Carol) of Marengo, IL, Paul (Cecelia) of Wesley Chapel, FL, Karl (Kristy) of Minot, ND, Charlotte Hayn (John) of Oakford, PA and Florence (Rob Worrall) of Lindenwold, NJ.; and her grandchildren, Cynthia, Lori Ann, Karl II, Kristopher, Angela, Dustin, Nathan, Charles, Jess, Olivia, Bradley and David.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Costantino-Primo Funeral Home (231 W White Horse Pike, Berlin, NJ 08009). A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Locustwood Cemetery (1500 Rte 70 W, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002).
