He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Sr. Kelly and Roselle Kelly; his stepfather William Wheeler; his sister Paula Kelly; his grandparents, Junior and Martha Morton; and his aunts and uncles, Estelle Wyckoff, Alfreda Morgan, Richard, Robert, Lawrence and Stanley Morton.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kelly; his granddaughter Faith Dunn; his stepsons, Phillip Dunn (Jeanette) and Chris Dunn (Ebony); his brother Robert Morton (Mary) of Delaware; his nephews, Robert Morton Jr., Tyrone Morton and Asbury Park; and his aunts, Alice Lee, Brielle and Corinthia Butterfield. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shiloh Baptist Church (44 Union Ave, Manasquan, NJ 08730). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
