It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Ryan (Westfield, New Jersey), who passed away on September 16, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen Ryan to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Etlinger and Hilda Etlinger; her brother Jack; her son Matthew; and her husband Richard Ryan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Elizabeth Ryan, Cecilia Di Bella (Ryan) and Carolyn Ryan Condolon; her sons-in-law, Joseph Di Bella and Edward Condolon; and her grandchildren, Julia Di Bella, Christina Di Bella, Anastasia Condolon and Edward Condolon.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dooley Colonial Funeral Home (556 Westfield Ave, Westfield, NJ 07090). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Agnes Church (332 Madison Hill Rd, Clark, NJ 07066).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Helen's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
