He was predeceased by: his parents, Vito Nigro and Rosa Nigro; and his brothers, Michele (Mike), Gennaro (Jerry) and Antonio (Tony).
He is survived by: his wife Maria; his sons, Vito (Judy), Joe (Michelle) and Danny (Melissa); his grandchildren, Alessandra, Mario of Joseph, AJ, Olivia and Daniel; and his great grandchild Mia.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McCriskin Gustafson Home For Funerals (2425 Plainfield Ave, South Plainfield, NJ 07080). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 24th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church (853 3rd Ave, Elizabeth, NJ 07202). An entombment will be held on Friday, April 24th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the Rosedale Cemetery (750 E Linden Ave, Linden, NJ 07036).
