She is survived by: her daughter Jamie Thomas (Brian); her granddaughters, Alexa Hopel (Jakob), Ella, Leah and Sophia Thomas; her siblings, Deb Ewoldt, Jeff Goecke (Nancy) and Lisa Sievers (Bryan); and her friends, Ken and Ruth Felty.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home (1209 Iowa Ave W, Marshalltown, IA 50158).
