He was predeceased by : his parents, Louise Owen and Jack Owen. He is survived by : his siblings, Robert Owen of Tyler, Alexandra Jenkins of Dallas and Wyndell Westmoreland of Nacogdoches; his nephews, Robert Jenkins and Lee Westmoreland; and his cousins, Harviann Perry, Laurie and Rebecca Perry.
