She was predeceased by : her father Thomas Kale of Joaquin Texas; her step-father Tom Harrell; and her husband Charles Rowe of Hallsville, Texas.. She is survived by : her mother Alyne Harrell. She is also survived by Three sisters.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the East Texas Funeral Home (6522 McCann Rd, Longview, TX 75605).
