He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert A. Spiers and Lorena Spiers; and his brother Dick Spiers. He is survived by : his wife Annette Bailey; his children, Kirk (Rhonda Spiers) of Caddo, Oklahoma, Kevin (Darla Spiers) of Austin, Texas and Tracy (Cynthia Spiers) of Spicewood, Texas.; his grandchildren, Aaron Spiers of Bokchito, Oklahoma, Alisha Perez of Cedar Park, Texas, Brittany Carroll of Austin and Jay Spiers of Austin, Texas; and his great grandchildren, JJ, Zoey, Kaylee, Briar, Christopher, Blakely and Ellie.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Highland Lakes Methodist Church (8303 RM 1431, Buchanan Dam, TX 78609).
