It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Addelyn Mommaerts of Tyler, Texas, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Ronald J. Mommaerts; her parents, Willian R. Powell and Grace M. Powell; and her brother James R. Powell. She is survived by : her children, Angela Weston, William Weston (Priscilla) and David Weston; and her grandchildren, Andrea, Steven, Dallas, Chelsea, Ciera, Dalton, Brody, Savannah, Kylie, Kassi, Kloee, Gage and Jace. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 10th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tyler Memorial Funeral Home (12053 TX-64, Tyler, TX 75704). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Tyler Memorial Park Cemetery (12053 TX-64, Tyler, TX 75704).
