He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Roy and Laura Alene Stout (Young); his wife Patricia Ila Stout; and his siblings, Louise Scott, Raymond Stout, Doris Warren, Harold Stout and Jimmy Don Stout.
He is survived by : his daughter Kay Herrin; his grandson Zackary Herrin; his great grandchildren, Zoey and Riley Herrin; his siblings, Mike, Mark Stout, Pauline "Polly" Gifford, Alma Faye Goodson and Susan "Suzy" Chadwick; and his sister-in-law Sue Davenport (Johnny). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
