He is survived by : his wife Jo Ann of Georgetown, TX; his son Patrick; his daughter-in-law Mauricia of Abilene, TX; his grandchildren, Kaleigh of Richmond, VA, Matthew of Lubbock, TX, Joshua of Abilene, TX and Joseph of Lubbock, TX; his sisters, June Crouch of Georgetown, TX and Lynn Briggs; his brother-in-law Larry of Missouri City, TX; his nieces and nephews, Kaye Gailey (Brian) of Forney, TX, Christi Holland (David) of Georgetown, TX, Shelley White (Donny) of Richmond Hill, GA, Brian Davidson Sr. (Lisa) of Somerville, AL and Kyle Emmons (Joanna) of Tyler, TX; his brother Randy Carroll; and his father William Weldon Carroll.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, January 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Ramsey Funeral Home (5600 Williams Dr, Georgetown, TX 78633). A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Tyler Memorial Cemetery (12053 State Hwy 64, Tyler, TX 75704).
