We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2024, at the age of 76, Barbara L. Whitney of Waco, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by : her husband Mark O Whitney; her children, Julie Snyder (Mike Snyder), Jason O Whitney (Jaclyn Whitney) and Amy Weir; and her siblings, Sharon Sweatt, Kathy (Barry Abel), Phyllis (Dicky Tyler) and Dave (Melissa Rachuig). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clifton Funeral Home (303 S Avenue F, Clifton, TX 76634-2246). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the National MS Society in Barbara's memory.
