He was predeceased by : his parents, Steve Louis Sr. and Vera Faye Sager Batts. He is survived by : his son Troy Batts; his siblings, Steve Batts and Edna Rodriguez; his daughter Tamara; his children-in-law, Roger and Sara Beth; and his grandchildren, Jayson, Amanda, Brittany, Josh, Noah, Luke and Maely. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (4700 Victory Dr, Marshall, TX 75672).
