He was predeceased by : his parents, James Franklin and Katie C. Jones Rowe; his wife Barbara Jean Rowe; his son Jeff Rowe; his grandchildren, Magen Rowe, Becky Massey and Justin Brittain; and his siblings, Joann, Margie, Jean, Dorothy, Charlie, George and James Andrew.
He is survived by : his friend Sam Morgan of Grand Saline; his children, Raymond Rowe (Evelyn) of Grand Saline, Richard Rowe (Tammy) of Sulphur Springs, James Rowe (Rulayne) of Ft. Worth, Patricia Brittain of Grand Saline and Vicky Henderson of Texarkana; and his siblings, Kenneth Rowe of Longview, Norma Hammond of Ore City and Barbara Mason of Longview. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bartley Funeral Home (1015 W Wolfe St, Grand Saline, TX 75140). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
