She was predeceased by : her father Oscar Goines (Alice Imogene Comte Goines); her husband Thomas Winger; her mother Imogene Goines; and also, Melvin and Mignon Winger.
She is survived by : her daughter Regina Winger; her brother Lyle Goines (Tammy) of Beaumont; her nephew Micah Goines of Columbus, Mississippi; her niece Hannah Goines Baldwin (Ben) of Beaumont; and her great-nephew Tyler Baldwin.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Broussard's (1605 N Major Dr, Beaumont, TX 77706). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Broussard's Mortuary (1605 N Major Dr, Beaumont, TX 77713). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 13th 2024 at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
