It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Vargas of Aransas Pass, Texas, born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his brother Johnny Blanco; and his aunt Manuela Blanco. He is survived by : his wife Maria Elena Vargas; his daughter Linda Morales Gonzalez; and his son-in-law Jose Morales Gonzalez. He is also survived by his wife, children, extended family.

A prayer will be held on Thursday, January 18th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Charlie Marshall Funeral Homes & Crematory - Aransas Pass (2003 W Wheeler Ave, Aransas Pass, TX 78336). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Charlie Marshall Funeral Home-Aransas Pass (2003 W Wheeler Ave, Aransas Pass, TX 78336). A burial will be held on Friday, January 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lamas Memorial Park Cemetery.
