She was predeceased by : her parents, Laura Mae and Laurence Joseph Borel; her son-in-law Samuel Harrison Claiborn; and her grandson Nicholas Allen Claiborn. She is survived by : her husband Ed Allen; her children, Jack Edwin Allen (Patricia), Gary Daniel Allen (Jennifer), Laura Allen Claiborn and Danielle Allen Morris (Chris); her grandchildren, Branden Lee Allen, Christopher William Allen, Ryan Michael Allen, Brandon McKenzie Wiltshire, Sarah Michelle Allen, Jason Daniel Allen, Jefferson Forbes Ye, Jax Harrison Claiborn, Clayton Eller Claiborn and Samuel Greyson Claiborn; and her siblings, Hermon Borel (Sharon) of Shreveport, Nolan Borel (Carolyn) of Erath, Rosemary Lacaze (LaRue) of Abbeville, Lucille Hebert of Abbeville and Vickie Borel of Erath. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rosewood Funeral Home (2602 S Houston Ave, Humble, TX 77396). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
