He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene Franklin Loftis, Sr. and Bonnie Novian Loftis; and his sister Faye Loftis. He is survived by : his wife Deborah Loftis of Graham; his sons, T. J. (Randie Loftis) of Alabama and Joseph (Leona Loftis) of Graham; and his brothers, Marshall Loftis (Sydney) of Olney and Thomas Loftis (Christa) of Graham. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home (1501 380 Bypass, Graham, TX 76450).
