With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellen Maxine Dennis Marshall of Jacksonville, Texas, who passed away on January 16, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Jefferson and Ella Mae McCollum (Durham); her husbands, Wilburn Jack Dennis and G. A. Marshall; and her sister Yvonne Van Deman.
She is survived by : her siblings, Tommy McCollum (Shirley) of Conroe and Jo Moore (Don) of Conroe; and her grandchildren, Heath Campbell (Katie), Steven Dennis (Sare') and Kimberly McGuffey (Luke). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Autry Funeral Home - Jacksonville (1025 E Loop 456, Jacksonville, TX 75766). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
