She was predeceased by : her parents, Harvey Cook and Pearl Estelle Cook Pugh; her children, Eric Carlson Nicholas and Ashley Renee Nicholas; and her brother Harvey "Gerald" Cook.
She is survived by : her children, Kelli Nicholas Pylant (Todd) and Marc Courtney Nicholas (Tayla); her husband Rodney Blaine Nicholas; her grandchildren, Bailey McKenna Pylant, Cade Aubrey Pylant (Alyssa), Ainsley Grace Pylant, Annabelle Diane Nicholas, William Eric Carlson Nicholas and Lilley Elizabeth Nicholas; and her siblings, Dan Huedy Cook and Lela Pearl McDonald Novak. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Broadmoor Baptist Church (4110 Youree Dr, Shreveport, LA 71105). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
