With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eloise Placker of Apple Springs, Texas, who passed away on January 17, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Zemmer Collins and Brownie Collins (Harvell); her sister Lynn; her brother-in-law WB Due; and her son-in-law Jimmy Guidry.
She is survived by : her daughters, Hilda Evans (Kris Evans) and Beverly Luce (David Luce); her husband Charles Placker; her daughters, Laura Placker and Gina Guidry; and her grandchildren, Kristal, Josh Enyart, Hillery Evans, Jessica, Michiel Bridges, Lauren, Brandon Morton, Jacy Guidry, Darby, Tyler Griffin, Holly, Matt Knippa, Amanda, Billy Bennett, Cody and Susan Luce.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 21st 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the First Baptist Church (126 N Devine Ave, Groveton, TX 75845). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 21st 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
