It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Glenn Armstrong of Carthage, Texas, born in Henderson, Texas, who passed away on January 13, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his aunt Mary Nan Armstrong; his father Lee Armstrong (May) of Longview; his children, Jesse Armstrong (Ashli) of Pendleton and Kayce Brittain (Mason) of Joaquin; his step-daughters, Frances Taylor of Deadwood and Avery Franks (Hunter) of Longview; his uncle Ross Armstrong of Carthage; his siblings, Reba Armstrong of Gary, Freddy Armstrong (Kelly Maisen) of Beckville and Steven Armstrong (Leandra) of Longview; and his grandchildren, Isaiah Armstrong, Elijah Armstrong, Katarina Armstrong, Alana Armstrong, Katherine Brittain, Bonnie Franks and Kayson Brittain. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hawthorn Funeral Home (307 W Wellington St, Carthage, TX 75633). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hawthorn Funeral Home Chapel (307 W Wellington St, Carthage, TX 75633).
