It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Glenn Thompson of Happy, Texas, who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Orin Thompson and Hazel Groves Thompson; and his brothers, Orin Emmitt, Bob and Marshall Thompson.
He is survived by : his children, Roy Dee Thompson and Jobeth White. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Happy's Memorial Chapel (220 W Main, Happy, TX 79042). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (102 N Western Ave, Happy, TX 79042).
