He is survived by : his wife Tran; his children, Jimmy and Tammy; and his grandchildren, Teagan, Alex, Justin, Tyler, Adriana, Katlynn, Ethan and Breanna. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery (11463 TX-195, Killeen, TX 76542).
