He was predeceased by : his parents, Frederick J Shook and Mary Thelma Shook; his brother Larry Alden Shook; his sister-in-law Diane Shook (Fred Jack Shook); and his sister Lilly Ann Shook Lawrence.
He is survived by : his wife Linda Shook. He is also survived by family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cornerstone Fellowship (4183 FM 36, Caddo Mills, TX 75135).
