It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robbins Mary in Beaumont, Texas, born in Port Neches, Texas, who passed away on January 27, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Waverd McBride Sr. and Mary Elizabeth McBride (Roden); her husband James Robbins; the father of her children Dr. C. W. Drawhorn; her sisters, Grace Wilson and Dorothy McBride; her son Douglas Drawhorn; and her brothers, Waverd McBride, Jr. and Buddy McBride.
She is survived by : her children, Nan Laing (Randy) of Beaumont, Vickie Giblin (Robert) of Port Neches, Carolyn Wiedenfeld Cronemiller (Lynn) of Seabrook and Paul Drawhorn (Cindy) of Groves, Texas; her sisters, Katherine Howard of Shreveport and Nellie Dill of Gonzales, Texas; and her grandchildren, Aaron Drawhorn of Lumberton, Ryan Drawhorn (Freya) of Port Arthur, Eric Laing (Jaime) of Port Neches, Leah Laing Barnes (Drew) of Beaumont, Jacqueline Reeves (Bradley) of Austin, Madeline Giblin Ogden (Samuel) of Austin, Brittanie Drawhorn Alcalde (Manuel) of North Hollywood, Lindie Looper (John) of Stuttgart, Dr. Logan Wiedenfeld (Amy) of Vicksburg, Roman Wiedenfeld of Lubbock, Ben Wiedenfeld (Natalia) of League City and Miranda Wiedenfeld of Seabrook, Texas. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Melancon~levingston Funeral Home (2001 Nall St, Port Neches, TX 77651). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
