With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leila Lea Ross of Port Neches, Texas, born in Rochester, Minnesota, who passed away on January 31, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her mother Maude Long (Busher); her husband Huey Gene Ross Sr.; and her father Samuel Harold Long. She is survived by : her children, Gene Ross (Susan) of Bella Vista, AK, Ronald Ross (Linda) of Village Mills, TX., Marilyn Marshall (Robert) of Port Neches, JoAnn Garcia (Oscar) of Woodville and Peggy Hebert (Joe) of Ragley, LA; and her grandchildren, Ernie, David Crochet, Rhonda Rhodes, Jamie Talley, Don Lemke, Robert Marshall, Christine Marioneaux, Chad Ross, Gene Ross Jr. and Jennifer Ross. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Levingston Funeral Home - Port Neches (2001 Nall St, Port Neches, TX 77651). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, February 1st 2024 at the Oak Bluff Memorial Park (618 Block St, Port Neches, TX 77651).
