We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2024, at the age of 91, Howard Heston Walker of Chandler, Texas, born in Donie, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Jackson Walker and Ada Dell Walker (Rainer); his sister Ava Lee Black; and his son Stanley Cook. He is survived by : his wife Shirley Walker of Chandler; his sons, Allen Walker (Tona) of Tomball and Jared Cook (Sheryl) of Fairhope, Alabama; and his brothers, Charles Walker (Janice) of Houston, James Walker (Anne) of Tyler and Dennis Walker (Barbara) of Groesbeck. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the West Lake Baptist Church (1439 FM 315, Chandler, TX 75758). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, February 8th 2024 at the Wilson Chapel Cemetery.
