We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2024, at the age of 73, Debbie Jernigan of Carthage, Texas, born in Longview, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy C. Dorsey and Inez Kuykendall Dorsey; and her aunt Lois Mann. She is survived by : her husband Denny Jernigan; her daughters, Denise Jernigan Ziegler (Michael) and Amy Jernigan; her grandchildren, Molly Kate Ziegler and Preston Alexander Ziegler; and her siblings-in-law, Pat Moon (James) and Don Knight. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home (1131 TX-149, Carthage, TX 75633). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel (1131 TX-149, Carthage, TX 75633). A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 7th 2024 at 11:30 PM at the Rehobeth Cemetery (2207 US-59, Carthage, TX 75633).
