She was predeceased by : her father Willie D. Cox; and her sisters, Janis Cox and Rhonda Cox. She is survived by : her mother Sarah Willams; her daughters, Tamika Buchanan (Jerome) and Ambereshia Green; her grandchildren, Jamarrius, Janleel, Jaylan, Journei and Bailee; her siblings, Willie Ruth Cox (Victor), Barbara Johnson (Eugene), Lisa Davis (Rodnick), Michelle Mays (David) and Barry Cox (Kambry); and her partner Leslie Chalmers.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rosewood Memorial Funeral Home (401 N 5th St, Longview, TX 75601). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the New Life Church of Longview (1901 Alpine Rd, Longview, TX 75601). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 10th 2024 at the Jordan Valley Memorial Park (810 Jordan Valley Rd, Longview, TX 75604).
