It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Aurora Coronado of Hereford, Texas, born in Seguin, Texas, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Librado Felipe and Celia Gonzales (Mendoza); her husband Noe Coronado; her brothers, Santiago, Pedro and Ramon Gonzales; her granddaughter Michelle Mercer; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Gouge.
She is survived by : her daughter Annabelle Mercer (Jackie) of Grand Prairie, Texas; her granddaughters, Crystal McDowell (Anthony) of Cedar Hill and Tiffany Cook (John) of Lubbock, Texas; her great grandchildren, Kyland Tyler of Cedar Hill, Kaleb Tyler of Cedar Hill, Jayden Ray of Lubbock and Aubrie Ray of Lubbock; and her sister Lupe Gouge of Amarillo. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mendez & Mullins Family Funeral Home (105 Greenwood St, Hereford, TX 79045). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 12th 2024 at the West Park Cemetery (800 Bradley St, Hereford, TX 79045).
