She was predeceased by : her parents, Eldridge Cherry and Velma Hightower Cherry; her husband Vernon Washington, Jr.; and her son Steven Neal Bogue. She is survived by : her daughters, Marionette Daniel and Teresa Satterwhite. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, February 18th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the New Colony Cemetery New Colony Baptist Church (3086 US-59, Linden, TX 75563).
