He was predeceased by : his father Ronnie Gilbert; and his brothers, Matthew Gilbert and Mike Lewis. He is survived by : his mother Becky Gilbert (Donnell) of Waco; his wife Amanda Gilbert of West; his son Grant Gilbert; his step-sons, Tyler Bettge (Breanne Campos) and Kevin Bettge (Kenna); his granddaughter Karaline Bettge; and his siblings, Ron Fangio (Enza) of McKinney, Dr. Scott Lewis of Melbourne, Australia and Vicki Hurst (John) of Waco. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A rosary will be held on Sunday, February 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel (808 S Reagan St, West, TX 76691). A mass of christian burial will be held on Monday, February 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (303 S Harrison St, West, TX 76691).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the West Warrior Kids Foundation.
