With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carlos R. Chapa of Austin, Texas, who passed away on February 12, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Imelda Trevino Chapa; his sons, Charles A. Chapa, Arnold David Chapa and Michael Dominick Chapa (Misty); his sister Bertha Romero; and his grandsons, Cody Houseton, Tyler Houseton, Michael P. Chapa, Caleb Dominick Chapa and Jonathan Calderon. He was also cherished by Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mission Funeral Home - Serenity Chapel (6204 S 1st St, Austin, TX 78745). A rosary will be held on Friday, February 23rd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel (6204 S 1st St, Austin, TX 78745). A mass of christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 24th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Paul Catholic Church (10000 David Moore Dr, Austin, TX 78748). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 24th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Onion Creek Memorial Park (11610 Chapel Ln, Austin, TX 78748).
