She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert G. Smith and Dorothy Velma Smith (Grant); her husband Jim Fowler; her son Jim Fowler; and her son-in-law Dwayne Lewis.
She is survived by : her daughter-in-law Becky Lewis of Leander, Texas; her grandsons, Dallas Fowler (Amberly) of Leander and Tyler Fowler (Joleigh) of Georgetown, Texas; her great grandchildren, Zoey, Zenly, Maverick, Griffin and Truitt Fowler; her step-children, Audie Vicars (Tina) of Newton and Roxanna Vicars-Jones (Clint) of Pratt; and her former life partner Kent Moore of Pratt.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Greenlawn Cemetery (1402 Stout St, Pratt, KS 67124).
