He was predeceased by : his parents, William Floyd Polk and Linda Kaye Colby Polk. He is survived by : his children, Brandi Polk Holden (Waylon), Kari Polk Spaniel (Paul), Eric Polk (Kathleena), Jennifer Polk and Tyler Polk; his sisters, Mitzi Polk Traynham (Eddie) and Sheila Polk Gillum (James); his grandchildren, Calvin Gorcheboth, Jr., Amelia Holden, Aiden Holden, Trinitie Polk, Ethan Polk, Allison Adcock, Adeline Spaniel and Madeline Spaniel; and his great grandchild Calvin Gorcheboth III.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Van (119 E Main St, Van, TX 75790).
