He was predeceased by : his parents, Stevenson Adlia and Cora Almeda Ramsey (Lisenbee); his wife Neoma Stowe; his son Grady Michael Ramsey; and his sisters, Joyce Marshall and Geraldine Taylor.
He is survived by : his daughter Renee Silhan (Danny) of Lubbock, Texas; his sisters, Belva Stokes (Vernon) of Midland, Sue Pinson (Jack) of Brownfield and Peggy Anderson (Buster) of Arlington, Texas; his grandchildren, Elise Voss (Evan) and Whitney Silhan; and his great grandchildren, Britton Voss, Bryndel Voss, Brooks Voss and Maeven Kenady.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 25th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ellis Funeral Home - Morton (218 E Washington Ave, Morton, TX 79346). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church - Morton (202 SE 1st St, Morton, TX 79346). A burial will be held on Monday, February 26th 2024 at the Morton Memorial Cemetery.
