With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Galveston Doud (Brownsboro, Texas), who passed away on February 21, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Austin Doud and Alta Lula Doud (Darr); his brothers, Kenneth Doud and Leonard Doud; and his wife Margaret Doud (Schultz).
He is survived by : his children, John Mark Doud (Kathleen) of Morrilton, Cyndi Stiefer (Rick) of Hideaway, Dennis Wade Doud (Mary) of Tyler, Marilee Smith (Ronnie) of Conroe and Charles David Doud (Gena) of New Caney. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New Salem Cemetery. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the First Assembly of God (5344 Farm to Market 314 N, Brownsboro, TX 75756).
