He was predeceased by : his father Dr. William Bedwell Harrell, Jr.; and also Margaret A. Harrell. He is survived by : his son William Gaines Harrell of Texarkana, Texas; and his wife Lou Ann Harrell. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Texarkana Funeral Home - Texas (3515 Texas Blvd, Texarkana, TX 75503). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Episcopal Church (417 Olive St, Texarkana, TX 75501).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to St. James Episcopal Church or Hospice of Texarkana.
