He was predeceased by : his parents, James Harwell and Tennie Harwell; and his wife Helen Harwell. He is survived by : his children, Sharon Franklin (Douglas), Frances Westbrook and James Harwell (Irma). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and other loving family members.
A graveside service was held on Monday, February 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Forrest Lawn Memorial Park (4955 Pine St, Beaumont, TX 77703).
