It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Ann Sipes of Marshall, Texas, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Downs Funeral Home (4608 Elysian Fields Rd, Marshall, TX 75672). A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM and on Sunday, March 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Colonial Gardens Cemetery.
