She was predeceased by : her husband Jeff; her parents, Charles Thompson and Joanna Thompson of Atlanta; and her sister-in-law Jane Thompson of Houston. She is survived by : her daughter Dana M. Nichols; her son-in-law Robert K. Nichols, III of Austin; her grandson Mays R. Nichols of Austin; her brother Joel Thompson of Houston; and her pets, Bug and Kitten. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and their children.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hanner Funeral Service (103 W Main St, Atlanta, TX 75551). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (306 Baker St, Atlanta, TX 75551).
