He was predeceased by : his father Earl Higgins; and his sister Judy Moses. He is survived by : his wife Vickie Carol Higgins; his children, Melissa (Art Turnley) and Scott (Brenna Higgins); and his grandsons, Sawyer, Langston, Asher Turnley and Rhett Higgins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel (403 W Stillwell Ave, De Queen, AR 71832). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
