She was predeceased by : her parents, Eppsie Bullard and Blanche Bullard (Stafford). She is survived by : her children, Chris Foster (Mark), Kathy Kieffer (Danny), Vince Tate (Lisa) and Clay Tate; her grandchildren, Jae, Jaime, Sarah, Jessie, Paige, Mackenzie, C. K., Justin and Khristopher; and her sister Patricia Lehrling.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Welch Funeral Home (4619 Judson Rd, Longview, TX 75605). A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM.
