It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Leon Hughey of Houston, Texas, born in Coffeyville, Kansas, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Hughey and Edith Hughey. He is survived by : his wife Beverly Mack; his children, Michele Parrott (Allen), Andria Francis (Brian) and Tyler Hughey; his grandchildren, Cameron, Haley Grace Francis, Travis and Lauren Parrott; and his sister Jill Marchand. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 11th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Memorial Oaks Funeral Home (13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, March 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family, with gratitude, would like to have anyone wishing to honor Jack's memory to donate to Chapelwood United Methodist Church Youth Ministry.
