He is survived by : his mother Nancy Jean Garrett Howard of Troup; his wife Misty Howard of Troup; his children, Carlie Howard of Lufkin and Jared Howard (Alicia); his step-children, Amber Rushing, Nate of Tyler, Jessica Castor, Neil of Whitehouse, Kelsie Bowins and Tristan of Troup; his sisters, Carolyn Warren (Tim) of Troup, Susan Jackson (Mark) of West and Cynthia Byrd (Anthony) of Carlisle; his grandchildren, Raven, Paisley, Waylon, Whitley, Brooks, Brantley, Morgan, Rhyder, Kalum, Remmington and Bexlie; his parents-in-law, Buck and Sherri Rushing of Whitehouse; and his brother-in-law Michael Rushing (Jana) of Troup. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cottle Funeral Home (105 E Bradford St, Troup, TX 75789). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at 515 S Railroad St, Troup, TX 75789.
