She was predeceased by : her parents, Beatriz Payne and Harry F. Payne. She is survived by : her siblings, Josephine Capeheart and Harry/Salty Payne (Kari); her children, Rebecca Sousa, Aubrey McCaughan, Laury Ivy (Alan) and Cathleen Gros; and her grandchildren, Destiny Anders (Justin), Justin Ivy, Anthony Whitehurst, Joshua Sousa, Jamie Boggs (James), Daniel McCaughan, Rachael McCaughan and Christopher Sousa (Emily). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charlie Marshall Funeral Homes & Crematory - Aransas Pass (2003 W Wheeler Ave, Aransas Pass, TX 78336). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, March 13th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Thursday, March 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church (2414 Main St, Ingleside, TX 78362). A burial will be held on Thursday, March 14th 2024 at the Palms Memorial Cemetery.
