He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilburn Peters and Fannie Peters; his brother David Peters; his son James Daniel Peters; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Usry and Kyle Peters.
He is survived by : his daughter Belinda Usry (Lloyd); his daughter-in-law Susan Peters; his granddaughter Natasha Foster; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Cason and Addison Foster.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 28th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Buck Ashcraft San Benito Funeral Home (1400 E Business 77, San Benito, TX 78586). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, March 29th 2024 at the Mont Meta Memorial Park (26170 TX-345, San Benito, TX 78586).
