She was predeceased by : her husband Fred Embry Pickett; her parents, Robert, Sr. Barrett and Fernande Vicknair Barrett; and her siblings, Robert Barrett, Jr., Kenneth Barrett, Mary Louise Harp and Eve Torian.
She is survived by : her sons, David Pickett (Kim) of Bullard, Texas, Dr. Mark Pickett (Cindy) of Camden, Arkansas, John Pickett (Paula) of Texarkana, Texas and Joe Pickett of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.; and her siblings, Laura Pasqua of Gonzales, Gloria Roebuck of Ruston, Errol Barrett of Portland and John Barrett of Hot Springs. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ashdown Memorial Gardens (Lr 29, Wilton, AR 71822). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, March 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Texarkana Funeral Home - Texas (3515 Texas Blvd, Texarkana, TX 75503).
