We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2024, at the age of 83, William Glover of Cookville, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, William Lee Glover and Beatrice Hammonds Glover. He is survived by : his wife Carol Glover; his sons, Michael Glover of Lewisville and Mark Glover (Karen) of Mt. Pleasant; his grandsons, Garrett Glover (Tabitha), Gunner Glover (Molly) and Mitchell Glover; and his siblings, Joann Neal (A. D.) and Neal Glover (Talar). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, loved ones and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Curry - Welborn Funeral Home (2256 N Edwards Ave, Mt Pleasant, TX 75455). A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the DFW National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
In lieu of flowers, memorials and donations can be made to Watkins-Logan Texas State Veterans Home, 11466 Honor Lane, Tyler, TX, 75708 in memory of Lieutenant Colonel William Glover.
